Security & governance

Consent and control are constraints, not discretion

PatternSix runs lifecycle programmes so that no message reaches a contact who has not consented or has opted out. AI colleagues do the operating work; a named human owner approves templates, consent rules and material journey changes and holds the duty of care.

Controls

What the system enforces automatically

These controls apply on every scheduled send, across every operated account. They are configured constraints the system cannot override, not judgement calls left to whoever is on shift.

  • Consent-governed, owned channels
  • Send-level audit trail retained
  • DIFC common-law data-protection posture

Consent, suppression and unsubscribe

Suppression rules, consent state and unsubscribe handling are enforced as configured constraints rather than left to discretion. A contact who has not consented, or who has opted out, is not sent to.

Send-level audit trail

Every send is recorded with a full account of what was sent to whom and why. The record gives the accountable human an auditable basis for oversight of regulated communication.

Bounded autonomy

AI colleagues iterate on send timing and content variants within approved templates and logic. They cannot alter approved journey logic or consent rules without human sign-off.

Owned-channel scope

The service is built for consent-governed messaging on email, in-product and messaging channels. It does not undertake paid acquisition.

Where humans stay accountable

PatternSix is an AI-born service. AI colleagues carry out the ongoing operating work — drafting and revising copy, building and maintaining trigger and sequencing logic, segmenting contacts, scheduling sends and iterating on timing and variant performance against engagement signals. Human accountability is exercised at defined control points, so autonomy is bounded by design rather than assumed.

Human control points

A named human owner approves messaging templates before deployment.

The same owner approves consent-handling rules and any material change to journey logic before it goes live.

Advertising and data-protection compliance decisions, brand and budget remain human-owned.

The owner retains fiduciary accountability and an auditable basis for oversight through the send-level record.

How the service is connected

PatternSix depends on upstream acquisition and product-usage data as inputs and attaches to a client's existing CRM and email tooling as the system of record. It complements human-owned brand, budget and compliance decisions rather than replacing them.

Operating from DIFC aligns the venture with a common-law data-protection posture appropriate to consent-governed messaging.

Questions

What buyers and governance owners ask

How do I demonstrate that consent and unsubscribe are enforced across every account?

Suppression, consent state and unsubscribe are enforced as configured constraints on every scheduled send, and each send is recorded with a full account of what was sent to whom and why. That record is the auditable basis you use to show enforcement rather than relying on discretion.

Can AI colleagues change a journey without my approval?

No. AI colleagues may iterate on send timing and content variants within approved templates and logic. Any material change to journey logic, and any change to consent rules or templates, requires the accountable human owner's sign-off before it goes live.

Does PatternSix decide advertising or data-protection compliance?

No. Advertising and data-protection compliance decisions remain with the human owner, alongside brand and budget. The service operates within those decisions and keeps the record that supports oversight.

Does the service run paid acquisition?

No. PatternSix is designed for consent-governed, owned-channel messaging across email, in-product and messaging channels. It does not undertake paid acquisition.

Where does my data live and connect?

The service attaches to your existing CRM and email tooling as the system of record and uses upstream acquisition and product-usage data as inputs. PatternSix operates from DIFC, a common-law data-protection posture appropriate to consent-governed messaging.
