Tell us which lifecycle stages are going unattended

You have users but no one keeping the at-risk and win-back stages alive. Describe what is running and what is deferred, and we will scope how PatternSix would operate it.

Get in touch

Write to the team

Include the journeys you have built, the ones you keep postponing, the channels you use, and roughly how many contacts you hold. That is enough for us to reply with something useful.

Before you write

Reaching us, honestly

Who replies to a message sent here?

A person on the PatternSix team reads and answers it — not an autoresponder. We do not publish a response-time commitment we cannot yet stand behind, but every message is read.

Do I need to choose a plan before getting in touch?

No. There is no self-serve sign-up. We scope each engagement in conversation — the journeys we would run and the contacts you hold — before anything is priced.

Can I speak to the human who approves the work?

Yes. The named human owner who approves templates, consent handling and material journey changes can join the conversation once we understand your programme.

What if I only want to ask a question, not start an engagement?

That is fine. Use the same form or email for a specific question about how the service operates, and we will answer plainly.

What happens after you write

How the first conversation goes

We start by understanding your current programme: which stages exist, which fire on fixed schedules rather than behaviour, and where users are slipping away without any intervention. From there we describe what AI colleagues would operate and what you would approve.

Nothing goes live from a first message. We agree the scope, the templates you sign off, and the consent rules to enforce before any journey runs against your contacts.

Where accountability sits

PatternSix is an AI-born venture of Cohort Ventures. AI colleagues carry out the operating work — drafting copy, building triggers, segmenting contacts and iterating on timing. A named human owner holds the duty of care and approves the decisions that carry brand and consent obligations.

If your evaluation involves a security or procurement reviewer, bring them into the thread. We would rather answer specific questions early than leave them for later.
