Pricing

Priced against the lifecycle owner you have not hired

There is no public price list. PatternSix is a managed service scoped per engagement, scaled to the journeys we run and the contacts you hold — not a per-profile tooling fee.

What determines your monthly fee

Scaled to journeys and contacts, not seats

Pricing is scoped per engagement. PatternSix is a managed service, not a per-profile software licence, so the recurring monthly subscription is scaled to two things you can see and control: the number of active lifecycle journeys we operate for you, and the size of your contact base.

As you add journeys — including the at-risk and win-back stages that under-resourced teams routinely skip — or as your contact volume grows, the engagement grows with it. We set the monthly fee beneath the agency band of USD 3,000–10,000/month, because the cost line we displace is human labour rather than a platform seat count. Platform and deliverability licences may be passed through or bundled, depending on the stack you already run. A one-time setup fee stands up your journeys, consent handling and audit trail before the first send goes live.

Governance carries no separate charge

Human approval is part of the operating model, not a premium tier. The named owner who approves templates, consent handling and material journey changes is included in the engagement; oversight is not billed as an extra line.

Engagement shape

Three components, scoped to your programme

Every engagement is quoted after we scope your journeys and contact volume. Each conversation starts the same way.

Prices are quoted after scoping. Setup is a one-time configuration fee; the subscription is a recurring monthly fee scaled to active journeys and contact volume.

Before you buy

What buyers ask about price and procurement

Why is there no published price list?

Because the fair price depends on how many journeys you run and how large your contact base is. Both scale the operating work, so we scope them with you before quoting rather than publishing a number that would fit almost nobody.

How does the monthly fee compare with an agency retainer?

We set the recurring subscription beneath the sourced agency band of USD 3,000–10,000/month. The comparison is deliberate: an agency retainer buys human labour, and PatternSix delivers the same lifecycle operating function at an AI-colleague cost structure under human approval.

Is there a setup fee, and what does it cover?

Yes. A one-time configuration fee stands up your journeys, consent handling and the send-level audit trail. The amount is scoped per engagement; comparable human routes carry their own setup costs.

Are platform and deliverability licences included?

Depending on your existing stack, platform and deliverability licences may be passed through or bundled into the engagement. We agree that during scoping so there are no surprises on the invoice.

How do you engage — is this a self-serve sign-up?

No. PatternSix contracts as a design partner through a considered evaluation, not a self-serve checkout. Because the model is gated by human approval, we expect a scoping conversation, a review of your channels and consent state, and a defined starting set of journeys before any send goes live.

Does the human approval workload add cost as we grow?

The named owner who approves templates, consent handling and material journey changes is part of the engagement, not a separate charge. Routine operation runs without sign-off; only material changes are surfaced for approval, so oversight stays proportionate as journeys and accounts grow.

Can we move across from our current lifecycle agency?

Yes. We scope the transition during evaluation — which journeys to carry over, how consent state and suppression are enforced, and how the audit trail is set up — so the switch is planned rather than abrupt.
